Most Reverend Steven J Raica, Bishop of Birmingham in Alabama, released a statement concerning the recent McCarrick Report addressing the (now former) Cardinal Theodore McCarrick's actions. In his statement, he asks for prayer. "May God heal all victims and give peace to all who have been scandalized."
