Fourteen-year-old Ollie Anwah calmy stepped to the free throw line at the 2008 Council 10567 Free Throw competition and connected on 14 of 15 free throw attempts.

Anwah hit 13 straight before missing on his 14th attempt. He then capped off his stellar performance by draining his 14th free throw on the final 15th attempt.

Anwah's superb performance capped off a day of Free Throw competion in the Rev. Raymond J. Murrin Family Life Center in which winners were crowned in eight separate categories.

The Free Throw competition is an event held by Knights of Columbus councils throughout the world each year and is open to all boys and girls ages 10 to 14.

The Council 10567 Free Throw competition was organized by Council Youth Director Doug Blanchard with the assistance of his fellow Knights.

Winners were Fatima Vicente, 10-year-old girl; Adam Higginbotham, 10-year-old boy; Onyeka Anwah, 11-year-old girl; Jeffrey Blanchard, 11-year-old boy; Norma Vicente, 12-year-old girl; Zachary Brooklere, 12-year-old boy; Nwando Anwah, 13-year-old girl; Trey Collins, 13-year-old boy; Delaine Johnson, 14-year-old girl; and Ollie Anwah, 14-year-old boy.
