Knights of Columbus Council 10567 conducted its annual Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities during the weekend of October 3 and October 4, 2015.

Knights collected money at Piggy Wiggly, Wal Mart and Brooklere Pharmacy on Saturday and at church on Saturday and Sunday.

The drive, which is sponsored annually by the Knights of Columbus, is designed to raise money for children or adults with special needs. It also allows the Knights the opportunity to interact with the community and to increase awareness about the charitable works the Knights do. Knights have collected money at various locations over the years, with Wal Mart being the primary focus of the fund raising efforts.

Over the years, Council 10567 has given thousands of dollars away to schools and organizations that have children and adults with special needs.
