1.    Silent in-person bidding begins after Mass (approximately 5:15 p.m.) Saturday, May 5, 2017, and ends at 1:00 p.m. the day of Springfest, Sunday, May 21st.  Some auction items may be earmarked for silent bidding only and not be available for our live auction. Therefore everyone is encouraged to bid on all auction items for a chance to be selected as the winner bidder. The live auction begins May 1st at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Joseph Hall.

2.    Our “Spring for It Now” option will be available beginning Saturday, May 6th, via an online bid or an in-person bid. Those wishing purchase online may follow the PayPal procedure from our website. Those who wish to purchase in person will be able to do so via PayPal (swiping a card) or via a personal check or cash.

3.    The “Spring for It Now” price is applicable to any auction item where indicated. Any auction package which includes alcoholic products (wine or liquor) will be available for purchase via in person only. No alcoholic beverages may be purchased or shipped outside the premises of the campus of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

4.    The highest silent auction bid will be the starting bid for the live auction. If no other bid is received, the silent auction bidder will be the winner of the item. Please note that bidding on some items is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.

5.    Minimum bid for each item is indicated. A bid lower than the minimum bid will not be considered.

6.    Cash or check (made payable to St. Patrick Catholic Church) may be used to purchase items via our "Spring for It Now" price or at the live auction. PLEASE NOTE, you will also be able to use a debit or credit card.

7.    Any auction item you win, whether through the live auction or a "Spring for It Now" purchase, does not include any shipping or handling charges. Items may be shipped but purchaser must pay applicable shipping charges. Alcoholic beverages (wine or liquor) will not be shipped. Onsite pick-up at the church is preferred and can be scheduled.

8.    All auction items will be available for preview in the St. Joseph Hall after both Masses beginning the weekend of May 6th/7th and available for viewing/silent bidding/purchase up until Springfest Day.

9.    If you are not present at the live auction on Springfest Day, you will be notified via phone call or e-mail if you win the desired auction item. Pick-up at the church is preferred but items may be shipped if you pay the shipping cost.
