Our Social Committee did a fantastic job providing refreshments for the Confirmandi and their families after Mass. Led by Tina Webb, the committee served hamburger sliders, sausage cheese dip with chips, crackers/spread, mints (made by Monica Crocker) in the shape of doves, fruit salad, punch and coffee. Thanks to all who prepared the food and to all who served it. Click the cake photo and then the first photo in the next screen to view the scenes from the evening.
Reception for Sister Maura and Sister Mary
Sister Maura Sampson and Sister Mary Humphries celebrated 50 years of service to their ministry in 2005. St. Patrick's parish family observed the occasion with Mass and a reception in the St. Joseph Hall. It was a very memorable occasion and has been commemorated in photos here. Thanks to the planning committee and the social committee volunteers for making this a wonderful day for these two dedicated leaders of our community.
Welcome Father Bean
Father Gray Bean was working in our parish several weeks before we had an opportunity to formally welcome him. But the Social Committee planned a wonderful event and the parish hall was packed with people welcoming him with open arms. Anthony Brooklere spoke on behalf of the parish and greets Father Bean in this photo.
